Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "It was a bad and a good experience. It was aggravating. Shawn Gordanier was the one who did the contract for them. Sometimes he wasn't on his game. He wasn't always here when he was supposed to be. We were happy with the work that he did, but there were things that could have been improved upon. I have had him back here. He has come back and fixed any problems we have had and I am sure he will come back if we need him to in the future. I think he had too many pots on the fire. We probably would not use them in the future."
