"Eric did a great job, our carpeting looks newly installed. Although he was running late, he called and gave us an updated time or the option to reschedule. We opted for the new time. He was very through inspecting the carpeting, vacuuming and cleaning. Due to the delay in his arrival he treated the carpeting at no additional cost. "Great service!  We have used the HOST method of carpet cleaning for many years, sometimes doing it ourselves and, as we got older, hiring someone else to clean our carpet. This is the first time we have used Hostess Carpet Care. They arrived on time and measured the area we wanted cleaned, telling us before they started what the cost would be. It was nice not to have to get an estimate first and then wait for another day for the work to be done. HOST carpet cleaning is a dry cleaning method and the carpet is not left wet. It does not damage the carpet, padding, sub-floor etc. Furntiure can immediately be put back into place (and was by the ladies who cleaned the carpet). There was no damage to anything in our home."
