"Great! Our sales rep, Dennis, was a great guy: low pressure, attentive, he went over all my options and listened to what I wanted; then he told me exactly how the process would work. Everything came in when he said it would come in and the price was exactly what he said the price would be. The crew that installed everything was prompt; they worked quickly and did a great job of making sure everything was installed with as little muss and fuss as possible. We had a glass block window that had been poorly installed in a tile wall; Dennis told us this window would be tricky to take out and a new window to be installed. The crew did a great job though; they were careful and only barely cracked one tile (which other salesmen told us it could turn out disastrously; and Dennis warned us that the way the window set no matter how careful the crew was the tile was at risk). So it was a huge relief that it turned out so well, and of course a testament to how care the crew was. A few days later Brenda, one of the owners, followed up, and she did a great job of making sure I was happy with the work and that everything had gone well."

Was effecient taking out and replacing windows, except for large picture window. Had to break glass to remove. Though they protected the floor still found shards of glass on floor and table top. A return call to see if satisfied with wondows. Will use them again to replace smaller picture windows."
