"My initial deep clean took about 2 hours. Things like emptying the trash, doing dishes, and emptying the coffee pot from that morning weren’t included. I had just vacuumed and swept the whole house the day before Anthony came—so I felt like those basic things could have been done easily. Anthony asked what area I wanted to focus on, and I said the tub. The tub was done, but there are still visible spots missed on the walls of the shower. Anthony dusted one of the two ceiling fans in my house. He missed the taller ceiling fan that I have a hard time getting to completely. He managed to dust the fan that is easily reachable, which happens to be directly above my bed. However, he left the dust and dirt from the fan on top of my sheets. So, as soon as I got home from work I had to wash the bedding. I left a key inside of a lockbox with a four digit code so the cleaner could come and go. The lockbox is used several times a week for other services, but Anthony didn’t use it because he said he couldn’t figure out how. Instead he left the key under the door mat when he left. Overall my house looks better than before, but I felt a first time “deep” clean should have lasted a bit longer than 2 hours, and should have included services like emptying the trash and clearing dirty dishes from the sink."
