"While having my siding removed and replaced, decided to insulate the exterior walls. They coordinated with the painter and checked the weather for when the project could be done. Also, the estimate was given several months in advance and was still honored once the project got going. They needed to come out twice to install the insulation because the siding took time to come off the house, but they were more than willing to work with the painter's schedule to make sure things got done in a timely fashion. Friendly folks who take time to answer questions and did excellent work getting the house insulated and now operating efficiently."

It really was just one of those odd-ball everything goes wrong kind of malfunction, although it was no fault of the company. In the end, Mission Plumbing sent me an invoice with a zero balance. "After a little confusion surrounding what the deal included (which was my fault, not the provider, and they were great about working with me), the provider arrived during the window provided and told me exactly what to expect and what they would be doing.   I have used other steam cleaning companies before and one of the things I really liked about Chem-Dry is that my bathroom wasn't touched as it is for steam cleaners.   
The carpets were well cleaned, and I didn't feel like Chem-Dry were pushy in trying to get me to purchase ad-ons.   I highly recommend them.
