"This company absolutely sucks!!! They will not stop harassing me with phone calls. They've called about 15 times, and I've told them each and every time that i no longer need help. And they won't stop!!! I had to report them to angis list. I would have reported them to BBB but they dont seem to exist anywhere except here and some website called Houzz where their account is suspended. I dont think this is a real company. Beware!!!!!"

"Like in a previous review, we had Surface Pro resurface our bathtub. The work looked good at first, but now it has peeled off in several places. Ryan Schirmer said that there would be a 5-year warranty. We are within that period, but he has not replied at all to any of our multiple emails (with pictures)."

"The job was promised by the very attentive owner Doug Kropp in 1-2 weeks. He had a crew leader Paul who kept everyone on track and on time. Even though labor day holiday fell in the 2 week period, he had a worker here. All the work was custom and looks as if it was part of the existing now 19 year old home. I highly recommend this team of excellent professionals."

"Please stay away!!! Left my sink unusable. I hate giving bad reviews but MM ruined my kitchen sink, then disappeared. It looked amazing when he finished but then the nightmare started. They have sleek marketing, cute branded van, and great convincing sales people but the guy who came to my house RUINED my sink. I was told it was because they used a "different polymer" (what???) as to why it looked like trash and everything was sticking to it. Actually still sticking to THIS day, my sink is in terrible shape. Also broken was my kitchen faucet and sprayer underneath. They did come out and explain to me about the polymer and try to fix the faucet, but never came back to refinish the actual sink. Lesson Learned: Do your homework/read and trust the reviews. After this incident, I found out this is par for the course and there are many shoddy jobs with Miracle Method and quality is hit or miss with them. Just google *Miracle Method complaints*. I couldn't believe it. There are plenty of reputable companies who want and care about your renovations in the Saint Louis area, this isn't one. Save your money."

"Title: Extremely Disappointed with Hallmark Stone's Countertop Installation Service ⭐️ Rating: 1/5 I recently had a countertop installation done by Hallmark Stone, and unfortunately, the entire experience was nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish, it was evident that customer satisfaction was not their priority. First and foremost, the installation crew left an appalling mess behind. Chunks of the old countertop, dust, and debris were scattered all over my cabinets, creating a huge inconvenience and a considerable cleanup task for me. To make matters worse, they took crucial components required to hook back up our plumbing with them and never returned our calls when we inquired about it. We even sought assistance from Home Depot, but they too failed to elicit a response from Hallmark Stone for three long days. Dealing with them prior to the installation was no better. Their communication was incredibly terse, and they seemed disinterested in addressing our concerns or questions. The lack of customer focus was evident, leaving us feeling ignored and undervalued. The most alarming part of this entire ordeal was discovering dangerous tools left in our cabinets. Among them was a cutter similar to a razor blade. What if a child had found it before we did? This level of negligence is unacceptable and puts people's safety at risk and on top of that I still have no working plumbing. I highly advise potential customers to think twice before considering Hallmark Stone for any service. They have shown a complete lack of professionalism, safety awareness, and basic customer care. I would strongly suggest exploring other options for your countertop needs to avoid the frustration and potential hazards we encountered."

"Travis was the installer. He was friendly and courteous. He explained all of the work he was going to do before he started. The finished product look great. He super nice to my 80 year old mother who sometimes got in his way while she was trying to watch what he was doing. He was also friendly to my two dogs. My whole Bath Fitter experience was great and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends."

"Will NOT refund money even though requested in proper time. And the money is significant--it is over 4000--yes over four thousand NOT 400 hundred. And I signed a different contract than the one I originally saw--igt was done on an I-PAD... Totally absurd, ridiculous, and criminal. When I called to request my money b/c I had lost a couple jobs in a short period, the guy who originally assisted me (Pretty Nice, Cool Guy--Steve) said the company would NOT refund my money. I requested my money prior to them measuring and ordering material. And the quote to do the bathroom was absolutely ridiculous-- OVER $14,000 to do a bathroom. And I had just done a bathroom--for under 5,000--so I was NOT thinking to originally agree... Craig G--is a snake. He reports will do something (refund money), than when he buys some time (passed the legal time for me) than he switches... TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT!!! I'm NOT DONE. There is a few surprises coming.... BEWARE!!! RUN!!! If I could leave no stars I WOULD!!"
