I would have reported them to BBB but they dont seem to exist anywhere except here and some website called Houzz where their account is suspended. I dont think this is a real company. Beware!!!!!"

Ryan Schirmer said that there would be a 5-year warranty. We are within that period, but he has not replied at all to any of our multiple emails (with pictures)."
