he came early around 845. he was friendly and did it quick. it works great. the people at ketner are all very nice. i called them friday and they came the next tuesday. it was also on the low end of the estimate. i will use them again if needed.

Work was performed as promised without any drama. The work area was left clean and tidy. Mr. Ketner met us at the house and gave us a quote. He answer all our questions and was very forthcoming and professional. His price was in the expected range. One-third was paid when a work date was set and the rest paid upon completion of the job. I recommend Ketner & Sons for electricl work and will call upon them again should I require it.

Bathroom light fixtures were flickering. Technician discovered that 1950's era wiring junction had failed behind medicine cabinet. He rewired both lights and all stitches just to be safe. Business owner, his technician, and CSR were all kind, professional, and timely.

They were very clean. They were very punctual. They actually had to come back because they had to get some parts, but they were very quick and timely in that.

They removed knob and tube wiring in our 1928 house. They re-wired through out the house. Also had a few other projects performed at the same time. Ketner and Sons were punctual from bid to the completion of the work. Mr. Ketner came by and called regularly to ensure all our needs/questions were responded to and that we were getting the quality we expected.

Work done in states time. No complaints.

We are pleased with their work. They call before coming, arrive on time or notify you if there is a delay, and know what they are doing.We have asked for Josh the last two times, as he is very competent.

They show up on time. They put booties over their shoes so they're not tracking stuff in. They lay moving pads down where they are working so there is protection and no mess. They are very personable, very professional, and they talk to you on your level. Their hygiene was good and their vehicles were clean. That means a lot to me. The price and quality are great. I would use them again in the future every chance I get.

He was good. After he came, he had to fix up other job that another contractor had done. First air conditioning company guy just duct tape the fuse for my air conditioning and furnace combo rather than fixing it correctly. We have used Ketner and Sons for years. My dad used them when his dad was doing the business. We have always used them. They have always been punctual. They have always been honest. They tell exactly what needs to be done. They are affordable.

Mr. Ketner could easily have come out and charged me for a service call. He simply talked me through the issue, saving me $75. Any future problems and I'll call him immediately. He's clearly honest and trustworthy.

The electricians were prompt and worked very efficiently. They were able to complete the work in one day, when originally scheduled for more. They were courteous and very professional. They minimized the amount of wall patching that had to be done and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I'd hire them back in a minute.
