Jacki and Sam arrived on time. They asked all the right questions, then went right to work. They were efficient and worked very hard to clean every surface in our home including fans, furniture, cabinets, inside windows, and floors. Doug Heffner, owner, and his partner came to our home to review the job which we found to be very helpful. We will definitely use Molly Maids again and the cookies were great also.

They are professional. They bring their own equipment and supplies. I showed them the house and they got right down to work.
I started using this service several months ago when I had tendinitis in my right hand and arm. That is since healed but I wouldn't give up using them. My house looks good and smells good when they leave... every time.

The lead cleaner was here each time, giving their job continuity as I wanted different things done different times. They were pleasant and VERY thorough!

Two gals arrived right on time, cheerful, ready to get to work. They did everything I asked - I had been informed up front that I would need to empty the fridge and any cabinets if I wanted their interiors wiped down. No problem. They did the rest. They worked hard without even taking breaks, and I felt fantastic about the results.

This is my first experience with a housecleaning service, and I must say it was a positive one. I keep a fairly neat and clean home, but two women showed up and found dirt in places I didn't even know about. They were very thorough, cleaning everywhere one might expect (floors, bathrooms, etc), but also cleaning under the couch, the blinds, the windows, baseboards, even up the walls. The water filter on my kitchen faucet started leaking after they left (possibly due to a little overcleaning), but that is a minor thing and it will definitely not keep me from using them again.
I might just start supplementing my normal housecleaning with a periodic deep cleaning from this service. Great job!
