He led me through the entire process, including clearing the clog, showing me with a camera the roots that caused the blockage in my sewer main, water jetting the line to remove the roots, and showing me the cleaned out line after he was done. 10/10 service."

Paul came within a couple of weeks and did a fine job of replacing my Mansfield toilet with their recommended Kohler one that met my specifications.
