In one case where they had installed a spare conduit alongside the buried power line, we were told by the cable company that there was no way they could get their cable through the conduit. Streib came out and put in a cable in at no charge. Note that Streib responded immediately, whereas the cable company had taken weeks to get round to something that they subsequently decided couldn't be done.

What set HC Design apart from the others is Cornell not only called but sent me a text message after 11pm which told me he is really about getting the job done. I responded at 11:45 pm and he texted me back after midnight saying he could get our doorbell in later that day. I was definitely sold on Cornell and HC Design. The price was right! Mark showed up, immediately identified the issue, proceeded to install the doorbell and all within 45 minutes. Mark is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and just a really nice guy. Cornell followed up with a phone call since he was unable to make it due to being delayed at another job. I am definitely going to hire HC Design again for a couple other jobs we need done.
