Working with this company was amazing! So many disappoint - but this was a great experience! Total professionalism from the quick reply, to the selection appointment with Chris, to the quick delivery of the carpet, and then the final installation. This was a very small flooring project - a closet renovation - and some would have not even bothered to take the job. The thing that ended up being so helpful was that samples are brought to you home. I may have thought that would mean limited, basic selections. (I also had on hand that day a big ugly carpet sample I paid $25 to "borrow" from a big box store. I thought, it's just a closet, I'll settle for blah...) Well, I soon learned I didn't have to settle for blah! : ) Chris went out to his van and brought in maybe 4-5 really nice samples and was helpful with all the questions I asked. The final selection was really WOW! The St. Louis Closet Co. designer was also saying WOW when she saw the final installation! It was a beautiful, soft pattern - had just the correct thickness of padding to attach the shelving structures onto - and the pricing was very fair and reasonable for the quality of the carpet I selected. All the timing worked out and the communications along the way reassured me that we were on track to meet deadline (closet installation day.) 'So happy with the product - but even more happy with the experience. Because of the great customer service they showed on my very small job, I'm planning to call this company on future jobs.

They did such a great job on refinishing my hardwood floors. The experience was awesome during the whole process. They were done in a couple of days and there was hardly any dust from sanding. Highly recommend this company.

No pressure sales.... excellent quality on product and installation

We had then install new hardwood flooring throughout our entire house except for the bathrooms, bar area, and laundry room. They provided us with an excellent set of options with respect to materials and prices. They sent out two crews so most of the work has gone faster than expected. Excellent work except for a few baseboard areas that we will need to clean up. We had to wait on some materials for stairs, but those will be done tomorrow, along with some minor trim work. They were very careful about moving furniture during the job.

Rehabbing a house called them the showed up asap gave me est went on vacation the following week they sanded stained put on 3 coats poly perfect when I returned. Removed the pet stains if I didn't know where they were I would never known they were there. Great people I will recomend them to eveyone.

The owner of this Company actually came out with a lot of samples after we discussed what I wanted. He came by the house with nice large samples of exactly what I needed with the plan of a very nice thick pad underneath the new carpet upstairs. The installers were very nice and did the job in one day which included a lot of stairs. Cleaned up great and were very nice and professional. Good with animals! Would highly recommend this Company! Definately get your moneys worth. Will be hiring them again!

Floor Coverings international is everything they say they are and more. The representative is very professional, knowledgeable and worked with me every step of the process. The Foremen and crew were the best! Work ethic is excellent, going over and above to make everything perfect!

Nancy was great - she has helped me get through some tough issues with another contractor on this site that I had to fire -- she was very patient with me when (because of him )I had to postpone my installation - the work her carpet guys did and quality of carpet is excellent - she will be doing my hardwoods when floors are ready !!

Our salesman was Ron, he listened to what we wanted, found samples that matched, and made the whole process easy! They showed up on time, cleaned everything so there was no mess, and the floors exceeded our expectations! Would definitely recommend, ask for Ron!

They went over and above my expectations.

Floor Coverings International was good and fair to work with. The tile subcontractor they employed was not good at showing up to work when he said he would be there.This was both a floor and shower tile project and the tile subcontractor attempted to also do some plumbing modifications and ended up having leaking pipes which required breaking out the shower wall after he finished the first time. Some of the tile work was also not top notch with some tile being recessed from the plane of the other tile.
