He spent a good amount of time with us at our initial meeting to truly understand what we wanted to accomplish. For the second meeting, we met with Jacob and Brian to go over some more items in detail. This is our first home and we relied on their experience when we weren't sure which direction to head into with some areas. The entire team was patient and respectful throughout the entire process, provided updates throughout our remodel, and gave recommendations when we needed them. "We had a massive pour that included a 5 car garage and an extra large parking pad, 3 patios, a walkway that spanned the front of the house and steps. The crew was there when they said they would be, communicated well, was respectful of us and the property, cleaned up appropriately, and fixed a minor issue that came up during rain drainage. They helped us with design add-on's that we ran into connecting the walkway and stairs together. The owner was professional and the price was fair. Would recommend and will tell others about this outstanding company."

"I was playing around on HomeAdvisor looking for a structural engineer around 8PM and within a couple of minutes Dr. G called my phone. He was very professional and at the end of the conversation he texted me his information to contact his Administrator in the morning. I called Heather and had an appointment to meet with Dr G at he house that same day at 2PM. I arrived on time and he was already there looking at the outside of the foundation. He was able to answer all my questions and reassure me that the house would be a good purchase, but also recommended work that needed to be done most likely in the future. We had our letters from him written that same day and we were done with everything in less that hour. If you are buying a house and are concerned about the foundation, I highly recommend Dr. G. He works for the buyer and makes sure you know everything and every problem that might arise in the future with your new home purchase."

I had expected that the chains would need to be replaced, but instead Al secured the upper part of the windows (which we never open) and adjusted the lower so that they opened and closed easily. The work was promptly and neatly done and, because the job turned out to be simpler than expected, was less expensive.
