Luckily one of the workers happened to be on the job that day and contacted both me and Jon, the owner. Jon came over and found out that I had a broken sump pump. He waited for three hours, rolling up collared sleeves to help pump out the water, until I returned with the last sump pump available in the entire area. He installed it at no charge and we haven't had any problems since then. I'd say that's going above and beyond."

We had tile, but we were having so many problems with cracks in the tile and the grout cracking and causing leaks that we were recaulking every 6 months, to the point the shower became unusable. They knocked out all the tile and green board down to the studs, took out the original flooring, reworked the plumbing, then went to work installing everything. They got done late in the evening but the shower looked amazing. We had to wait a few days for the caulk to cure, and we waited a full week just to make sure it was fully set, but we loved it right away. We chose the Delta 2 in 1 Hydrorain shower head and instantly loved it. The best part? Our shower no longer leaks! Very happy with Bath Fitter’s work."
