It was an extremely unconfirmed morning to work, but Chris showed up on time and took care of my needed repairs quickly and for the estimated price. He had a problem with a lot of the nails bending instead of driving in and I had to walk around looking for, and picking up some of the dropped nails, but all in all I was happy with him and would hire him again, or recommend him to others.

Chris Z converted a loft area in our detached garage that was once used to store mostly junk into a new bedroom and living area that is accessible from the main house via a walkway he built from the house deck to an exterior door added for the loft space. Chris was always on time and courteous. He actually completed the project before he said it would be done. The project included framing a new wall, drywall, new electrical outlets and lighting, flooring, new interior/exterior doors, trim work and painting. I will definitely use his services again.

Chris was able to put a brand new fence where the previous one was and matches the previous fence. I know that some handyman say they know what they are doing but in reality have no clue. Chris and Z Home Repair got the job done perfectly and walked me through each step of the process. From that front, they were very professional and described exactly what he would do and made sure I was onboard before he started anything.

First I’d like to say how reliable Chris has been. I’ve had such a hard time getting someone to actually call me back and show up on time (or at all) for the jobs I’ve needed. This is so refreshing. He is on time, polite and has done a fantastic job. My porch railing is beautiful and just what I wanted. My wood rot turned into termites as well. I’m so happy I hired him for this job or I’d never known. He is working with me while I get everything treated first. He will complete the job after. He is very patient and trustworthy. I can’t give him enough praise and I would definitely recommend Chris. I have finally found a talented and reliable handyman and am so happy.
