"He was rather pushy. He said he would come at 8:00 Wed. AM so I got up extra early and put the dogs in the garage. I finally called him at 10:00, he said he had trouble with grinding a stump but would be here soon. He finally showed up at 11:30. I know that things happen but, why would he schedule a stump grinding 1/2 hr. before he said he would be at my house and if he was going to be late, he could have called and told me. He did do a good job, I just felt he was not respectful that his customers time is also important."
