He requested that I call the 1-800 DIG number prior to appointment time, which to be honest I hadn't thought of. We also discussed removal of the excessive wood shavings in advance so there would be no surprises of additional costs. Sam and one other gentleman worked hard and consistently all day. He also ground down the exposed roots. Very pleased with the outcome. I'd recommend anyone to hire Sam."
