All About Trees

After being referred by Angies List, I checked All About Trees web site. Their website clearly states they service a 20 mile radius around Springfield. Google puts me at 18 miles from their door. I received a return call within an hour and was told they do not service my town. I told the gal that their web site said 20 mile radius. Again she told me they don't service my town. Not a good experience for me!!!

They fit us in quickly for the dead tree then called back later to schedule the trimming. We were pleased with the work. I did have to leave a voicemail and get a return call each time I contacted them, but they did return the calls pretty quickly.

They were great to work with. Very professional and did the work with virtually no effort on our part. The cleanup was great! The ONLY minor issue was that they were scheduling several weeks out. However, they worked us in since it was a small job, and got it done much faster than I originally anticipated. It seemed like a great value for the excellent service and professionalism. I would highly recommend this company.

They did a fine job. It was about 4 or 5 months ago, I don’t remember the exact date, I’m sorry! Probably closer to October. It was over $100, it was minimal for their expertise and their guidance. There was one person. It took less than an hour. They were overall responsive and knowledgeable and forthright. They didn’t dirty up a thing. Their response time is unbelievable. I don’t lie!

They were very professional in fact I did talk to that guy and I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.

He knew what he was talking about he was able to answer all of my questions and after I talked to with him we then went with to a landscaping company for the tree replacement and also to do some other landscaping work and it turned out that the landscape architect we're dealing with knows this guy and was very complimentary about his work and so we felt we made the right decision and I think my own experience with the guy back that up.

I think their estimate was good they gave us a cost that's less than two other companies that we've talked to maybe it was three for that matter it was only more than one company that was very very low to the point that I was just a little worried because I was wondering why they were so low and I think it was because they were a brand new company and I was tempting to go with that company because of how low they were but at the same time I was a little nervous because they wouldn't have had the experience than this other company but compare to the establish companies this company gave us a very good price.

I can truly recommend this company.  I got great customer service and extremely great education regarding our project.  We had bought a house where there was no maintenance on any of the landscape, including trees.  It looked abandoned actually.  But when the people came out to see the project they were so willing to educate us on what should be done and what should not be done.  I was truly surprised at the amount of help they gave us.  Our daughter had to have emergency surgery and we had to be gone when they came as scheduled to do the work.  They gave us a call and let us know they were coming and I told them we could not be there.  I was not worried about them knowing what to do because they had mapped out and detailed everything so well we knew what to expect.  We came home to exactly what we thought we would see and was pleasantly surprised.  We did have an issue with two things and asked them to come back out since we weren't here while they did the work.  They came out that very week and explained why they made their decision and we were extremely satisfied.  I would recommend them highly.  I have used arborist in the past and have paid alot of money for the work.  I was so pleased with the bid and could not have asked for more professional service, both on the phone and with the people who worked our project.  It looks great!

Arrived on time. Entire crew was very professional and considerate of both my property and the neighbors. Did an excellent job and left the place cleaner than they found it. Great company!!

I called about a problem with a dogwood tree.  Spoke to Terrie.  She was very nice and very helpful -gave me much information right over the phone.  If I ever need their service, I will for sure call them.

Arrived promptly at 8"30am as promised. Two very skilled workers moved lawn furniture and got to work.  It was a pleasure to watch Matt and partner work.  I recommend All About  Trees for any tree service.  They cleaned up and put furniture back in place. Thanks  Angies list for the good tip.
