Since this is an old house with old pipes, he also had me check the basement room near the window well for any water - just in case. (Fortunately it was dry). In my opinion, Woods Basement System, and Helitech Waterproofing are high pressure young sales people who want to "patch" a foundation issue rather than resolve it. Danneger & Son's Foundation was my next choice based on experience & reputation, but they wanted to charge TWICE what Atlas Foundations did. And the good news is, it rained for a week after Atlas Foundations did my repair & I have not had 1 drop of water in my basement. Thank you Atlas Foundations, Mike, Kim & James and crew!"

"It turned out to be more costly as they said that I needed more work on the basement walls which included digging, and installing and new sump pump. They got the job done in about 2 weeks. The workers were okay and the cleanup was so-so."
