To replace it would have been overly expensive so he recommended replacing with a standpipe line to the floor drain. That also works great, and he also cut off and capped it. I thoroughly interviewed 4 other foundation companies most of whom could get to my costly job "pretty quickly." Atlas had a 4 month wait and I am glad I waited. In my opinion, Woods Basement System, and Helitech Waterproofing are high pressure young sales people who want to "patch" a foundation issue rather than resolve it. Danneger & Son's Foundation was my next choice based on experience & reputation, but they wanted to charge TWICE what Atlas Foundations did. And the good news is, it rained for a week after Atlas Foundations did my repair & I have not had 1 drop of water in my basement. Thank you Atlas Foundations, Mike, Kim & James and crew!"
