 + -1 moreIt went fine at first but this year when I went to use it it would not put out cool air. I called Ryan Johnson and he made an appointment to come out to my house to look at it. He did not show up for the appointment and has since not returned any of my phone calls. I had to have another company out to fix it.
Description of Work: New air conditioning unit.

 + -1 moreVery well. Came out within a few hours of being contacted. Quickly determined the problem - ordered the part and had it installed and working a couple days later. He also was able to provide an estimate for furnace and A/C replacement. Very polite, efficient, and reasonably priced service call.
Description of Work: Randy and Ryan determined that a relay on the mother board on the furnace had "died". They were able to order the part and replace it quickly.

 + -1 moreRandy and his crew were fast, coming out on short notice. They made the repairs quickly and were very accomodating to the strange installation of the furnace. Their work was excellent, and they were as friendly and professional as I always hope a contractor will be.
Description of Work: When our home was built 10 years ago, the contractor put in the furnace in a bad location and did a bad install.
