"Contact was made with Jason and he met with me for a free estimate of what work I wanted performed.. Jason and Chris were hired to service the Furnace and to install new H&A ducts underneath the house. Other work performed by the guys was replacing old and leaking waterlines underneath the house, and hauling away all the old ducts. Hauling an old Heating and Air unit on the side of the house, and doing some mason work to cover the hole. Installing a section of chain link fence and gate. Troubleshooting and replacing an electrical switch in the storage shed. Unclogging and replacing a waterline underneath my bathtub and installing a new shower head and fixtures. Also, repairing a leaking toilet bowl and replacing a rotting section of floor underneath..... Overall, the boys were excellent in their knowledge and work performance. "Jim was very helpful and personable to work with. I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer. There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer. Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS. He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well. He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. A few weeks later I got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim. He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program. Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.
