When tri state sells you a product, they pitch their amazing customer service with all these guarnatees of knowing when your unit is out before you know and having someone there within 24 hours etc. Well, the first call we make we are told it will be the end of Nov to get someone out to look at it. 3 weeks. Nobody shows up. Then we get a call that says "your appointment on Dec 12 has been canceled and the earliest we can get to you is Jan 16th. This is 2.5 months wait to get service to fix a nearly $20k unit, that is upcharged because of the excellent service. You can't get anyone to answer your call. you wait on hold for 20 minutes, then have to leave a voicemail in which you will not get called back. Based on my experience, find someone else and pay less. Even if the service is bad, which it can't be worse than this, you save money! @kohler"

St. Louis MO 63111. An incredible number of tradesmen and tradeswomen have done their individual tasks all on a schedule professionally overseen by Jeh. These liscensed and masters of their trades worked alongside Jeh who if necessary stepped in and aided e these individuals. His overall expertise has brought my home to this point. One must keep in mind that a burnout like my home is an unusal job for Ethos Buildig Group LLc to accept. Yet at every stage my home has been given the same careful and thorough attention as their larger jobs. And despite some push back with my insurance company every thing has proceeded smoothly and orderly manner given the inevitable supply chain delays. "As far as we can tell, the work was effective at stabilizing our foundation, and the on-site crew led by Luke was great, informing us of their progress along the way. However, we expressed in advance our concern about protecting some of our landscaping. We were assured the crew would have boards to cover landscaping on which removed dirt would be piled. This turned out not to be the case. I’ve had quite a bit of expense and labor to restore landscaping that was damaged during the work. This damage could have been avoided. Foundation Recovery sends out $500 coupons to advertise for their work. My attempts to contact Joe and FRS to honor even a part of the $500 coupon to help defray my landscaping costs have gone unanswered. Our salesperson, Joe, was not present during the work and has not been responsive to our followup inquiries. We are very disappointed in the poor customer service from Foundation and its representatives. I cannot recommend this company based on their failure to address our up-front concerns, lack of response to our followup requests, and the false advertising that is associated with the coupons."
