120 Jack was very communicative about when to expect him, he said he'd call when he was headed my way. He then called to let me know that he was on the way and would be at the house in 22-25 minutes. He showed up when he said he would. He had a tough clog to undo, but persisted until the clog...

Really appreciated the professional customer service. Mike told me about a product called NP1 that is best for sealing up leaks. Showed me what to do to try and fix the leak before they would have to come and repair it. Gave me an estimate for the repair if fixing it myself does not work.
