You are on your own for the repairs. In addition, there were multiple communication and knowledge gaps in some basic areas of scheduling and permit management. I was even told that they had moved on from my project before final inspection was completed when I had a simple question regarding the inspection. Very lacking in customer service and now have lost confidence in the work and warranty should additional issues arise."

(2006-2008), I was running three install crews with ten fulltime employees before the business came to a premature end when the economy collapsed.
