We were met at the door by a friendly sales person who gave us ample room to look instead of hounding us the entire time we were there. Any questions we had were quickly answered. We found items identical to the ones we were planning to buy at another chain store for significantly less. The faucets and fixtures were of better quality than those found at the box stores also. The insides of the faucets are actual metal instead of plastic like you find at the regular retail outlets. While we were discussing other items, I was approached by a sales person and asked about my kitchen. I told him we were planning to refinish the cabinets we had. He asked me what shape and layout my kitchen was so I told him. It turned out that they had someone purchase kitchen cabinets that had the exact same layout kitchen that I did. Our rooms were within 3" of each other. I ended up getting brand new kitchen cabinets plus new countertops for less than the cost of refinishing the old ones. They also ordered me a very custom bathroom vanity and countertop because I think I have the world's tiniest bathroom. It fit perfectly! Everyone was super friendly and helpful there.
I think the only thing I didn't like was that they contracted out with another company to come and install the items I bought. They were slightly less than professional and cursed in front of my child and did a poor job with installation.

She was excellent. They had the best prices in town by far, even compared to the large chain stores.
