Eden Tree ServiceIt took a while to get hold of them, and they were booked out several weeks before they could get to us (we weren't in a hurry, so it didn't matter to us), but they came on the day they said they would and did a GREAT job. One of the reasons I chose them was because the guy who came to give me a quote seemed to know TREES, not just chain saws. I wanted him to take out certain branches, but he advised against them because the tree wouldn't look right afterwards. We were not home when they did the work, but the trees look absolutely wonderful -- and there is no other sign of their being here -- no twigs in the yard, very little sawdust under the trees. Not even an invoice! (They called me the next day to arrange for my payment.)- Jolayne R.

K-Guard Kansas CityI am so pleased with our new K-Guard gutters. Our Sales Rep Larry Moore was great to work with. He encouraged us to get quotes from several other companies including their direct competitor Leaf Guard along with reviewing the online reviews. Larry took his time measuring and listening to my needs and worked with us to make sure we had the perfect quote. He showed me the differences between several other gutter systems and what sets them apart without being pushy. He told me exactly who was going to call me next and what to expect. I then got a call from Kelly Bollin to set up the install date and time. He was very friendly to work with and helped get the install setup within a few days. Kelly then called back yesterday to confirm my install for today at 8:00 AM. He told me to expect Installers Michael and Jeremy for the install. Both Michael and Jeremy were awesome to work with. Michael asked me if I had any questions or concerns before they got started. I did talk to him about a few questions I had on the guttering off the side of the house. He took a look and addressed my concerns and told me how he would fix this issue when they installed the new gutters. They then got started right away and wasted no time getting the old guttering down. He noticed some rot on the corners of the fascia board so they let me know and replaced a section that needed to be replaced and proceeded with the gutters. They took their time to make sure they were installed perfectly and still got them done quickly. When they finished they did a great job cleaning up and hauling the old away you cannot tell they were ever here. Before they left Michael walked around the house with me to make sure I was happy and to address the concerns I had mentioned on the sides of the house earlier. Michael showed me the remedy they did to help. It was just perfect. I am extremely pleased and could not have been in better hands from Larry our Sales Guy to Kelly who set up everything and to Michael and Jeremy our installers. 5-star service all the way around. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing gutters.- Donnie R.

HYNES FLOW RIGHT GUTTERSAll went well. Patrick is a nice and knowledgeable person. He came earlier to see what we had questions about and give us his opinion and estimate for what might be needed and helpful. We set up a time and he and a helper (forgot his name) arrived as planned. They cleaned the gutters, checking slopes with a level, repositioned those that needed it, sealed seams, replaced one section so we could relocate the downspout, fixed some of the inner and outer corners. The replaced section revealed some wood damage behind and they took a break to allow us to patch and paint the damaged area. They returned a few hours later, installed the new section and finished up. We feel their service was done well. Of course now we're not having rain, so we can't report with assurance that the rain collection and drainage is improved, but I feel pretty sure it will be based on what they did. Priority Gutter CleaningDon and his son came out and did a great job. They got the gutters cleaned and took some before and after photos to document the work. They also checked all the downspouts and gave me a quote on gutter covers. I’ll definitely hire them to put the covers on when I’m ready.
