"Gail, I apologize I just noticed the review. We finished your project in one day then you wanted a tile with scratch replaced and we replaced it within a week of my viewing the tile without question. Your project is completed and I haven't heard anything to the contrary from you. I apologize again that you feel I didn't keep my word. Ryan"
"Luke, I apologize for your experience, I'll review the refund process as well as research the installer concerns you noted here. I refunded the balance of your deposit for work not completed without question. We don't keep credit cards on file for our customers protection so we're unable to refund a partial balance which is why we processed a check and mailed it. We scheduled your install on a Saturday when we don't typically work to meet your personal needs. You had my personal cell phone number and per my notes I spoke to you on 4 occasions personally throughout the process and through processing the refund and at no time did you express"
