I could not be happier with our floors! It’s like owning a new house. We spoke with multiple companies, and Ryan was clearly the most knowledgeable and helpful during the quoting process. The work was done perfectly. The technicians who installed it were incredibly courteous. The price was reasonable. And the end result is flawless! I can’t recommend Floor Coverings International highly enough!

I was really worried about the soft spot in my bathroom from water damage. I specified this during the quote and I was assured it would be taken care of even if they had to do more work than was enticipated after tearing out the old floor. They replaced a small bit of the flooring and it was ok at first. But they did nothing to prevent water damage again. Including not putting any caulking. I notified the person that gave me the quote and he said he would have someone come out and fix it. They did a quick cualk job and that was it. After just 2 days the caulking split where water and intrude again. I reached out again about my concern and even included photos and video the first and second time around. Again I was told they would get in contact with someone to get it fixed. After almost a month I have gotten no response. I am highly disappointed. The floor looks nice but the caulking and baseboard looks poorly done. Paint job and all.

Floor coverings International works with Carpeting and hardwood floors. I decided to have my wooden floors refinished rather than put in carpeting . The company went out of their way to complete the project in time for me to move in. I have been very pleased with the result and have received many compliments on the floors.

Loved the results, very responsive to my concerns. Repaired some of our plumbing issues when they reinstalled the toilet over our tile. The only tiny issue was they left some construction materials in our garage but other than that great to work with.

Mr. Hartman keep your word. You said you would have it finished and I still haven't heard anything. Your word doesn't mean a whole lot.

We finished your project in one day then you wanted a tile with scratch replaced and we replaced it within a week of my viewing the tile without question. I placed a $1000 deposit down for some new carpet and a re-stretch of some old carpet. Well, I decided not to worry about the re-stretch part and just wanted the new stair carpet. After calling Ryan, the owner/manager, he assured me a check back in the difference of what I paid. It has been 2 weeks and he will not answer or return my calls. They tell me when I call the place direct they will have him call me and no response. Basically they robbed me of my money for services never completed. They claim they can not return it to our card either. Not to mention the guys who did my carpet drug the rolls across my door trim and took the finish off, they left the floor covered in staples that my kids and dog could have stepped on and had insufficient tools to complete the job. I work as a manager for a roofing company and one guy told me I was the wrong skin color for that job. Absolutely unprofessional. I would never use this company or recommend to anyone.

I refunded the balance of your deposit for work not completed without question. We don't keep credit cards on file for our customers protection so we're unable to refund a partial balance which is why we processed a check and mailed it. We scheduled your install on a Saturday when we don't typically work to meet your personal needs. You had my personal cell phone number and per my notes I spoke to you on 4 occasions personally throughout the process and through processing the refund and at no time did you express"
