"Renovation Pros KC recently completely refaced my entire kitchen with incredible results. Chad Stock came out to our home twice with samples, and really spent time with me to ensure the finished product would be exactly what I wanted. I felt extremely comfortable with his work crew in my home, and they cleaned up daily before they left. The job was done on time, and to my extreme satisfaction. Chad even recommended some inexpensive design changes that made a world of difference to the look and efficiency of my kitchen. He was able to work around my existing granite counters and tile backsplash. My new cabinet doors are thick, solid quality wood with a beautiful finish. The drawers were completely replaced with larger drawers that slide closed silently. An unused wine rack in the old cabinets was converted to additional, hidden storage with cabinet doors. The huge light box over the island was removed, and the island cabinets were stained a contrasting luscious dark chocolate. The old, outdated Golden Oak is gone! My husband and I could not be happier with the value and quality of our new kitchen! The pictures attached to this review are Before & After. The light, golden oak is before, and the gorgeous cherry cabinets are the finished product. I attended the Home Show and researched several companies with quotes before choosing Renovation Pros KC. The kitchen is the heart of my home, and results were incredibly important to me. I'm glad I chose this company to work with."

"Title: Extremely Disappointed with Hallmark Stone's Countertop Installation Service ⭐️ Rating: 1/5 I recently had a countertop installation done by Hallmark Stone, and unfortunately, the entire experience was nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish, it was evident that customer satisfaction was not their priority. First and foremost, the installation crew left an appalling mess behind. Chunks of the old countertop, dust, and debris were scattered all over my cabinets, creating a huge inconvenience and a considerable cleanup task for me. To make matters worse, they took crucial components required to hook back up our plumbing with them and never returned our calls when we inquired about it. We even sought assistance from Home Depot, but they too failed to elicit a response from Hallmark Stone for three long days. Dealing with them prior to the installation was no better. Their communication was incredibly terse, and they seemed disinterested in addressing our concerns or questions. The lack of customer focus was evident, leaving us feeling ignored and undervalued. The most alarming part of this entire ordeal was discovering dangerous tools left in our cabinets. Among them was a cutter similar to a razor blade. What if a child had found it before we did? This level of negligence is unacceptable and puts people's safety at risk and on top of that I still have no working plumbing. I highly advise potential customers to think twice before considering Hallmark Stone for any service. They have shown a complete lack of professionalism, safety awareness, and basic customer care. I would strongly suggest exploring other options for your countertop needs to avoid the frustration and potential hazards we encountered."

"I wish I could be leaving better feedback. Everything about the installation and pricing I thought was good and fair. Pat and Meleia were easy to work with and were very kind. Unfortunately, a false rail that Pat had installed feel off the cabinet door about 3 months after we started using them. I expected that this would be covered under the limited lifetime warranty. Pat informed me that it would not because "it has never happened in 13 years" and inferred that I was doing something wrong. I let him know very politely that this was under normal use. He was not receptive and the exchange was very unpleasant. I do not have confidence that Pat will stand by his work and the warranty if anything else goes wrong."

Whether in person, via phone or email Dech would get back to us immediately. Great open communications! Would we use them again? Yes and we are redoing bathroom vanities. Would we recommend them?
