He came out the next day and appraised the removal of 4 difficult to get at trees - close to house, neighbors house, fencing, electric wires you name it. He gave me a price lower than I expected. Two days later he was up (I'm in St. Louis) with a crew of 4 or 5 experienced tree men . They were courteous and professional - a pleasure to work with. We discussed some further work I will want them for in the future and in just a couple of hours they had cleaned up everything ( even cleaned some small branches and twigs that had got into the guttering ) and were gone. "While more expensive than I had originally hoped, it turned out to be worth the cost. Due to the location of the tree (overhanging the neighbor's house and yard, the narrow alley access and the nearby powerlines), they brought in a bucket crane. I was impressed with the expertise and safety precautions displayed. The tree was removed without disturbing anything and the crew did a thorough cleanup before leaving. They even removed a Mulberry tree we discovered growing in the fence line behind the original Maple. Epic was very professional and did the job quickly. I was very impressed and quite satisfied with the work. I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing a tree removed."
