Perfectly. Omni was ready to work with me to avoid bringing heavy equipment up my neighbor's old driveway, which was the most convenient access to the tree. Other contractors just did not want to bid on a job without the heavy equipment. Omni arrived at our site and promptly removed the tree and cleaned up the mess. They returned the next week with a crew to grind the stump. I have used Omni before and wouls definitely hire them again.

Flawlessly. A large tree right next to my house was dying and we were concerned that it would fall on the house,. The tree was also close to my neighbor's driveway. The driveway was the most convenient access to the tree. . My neighbor's driveway was old and he did not want any trucks or other large equipment to damage the driveway. I talked to multiple contractors about removing the tree without going on to my neighbor's driveway. Most of the contractors either would not bid on the job if the driveway could not be accessed or dramatically increased the price. Omni Tree service told me that there would be extra labor involved in removing the tree by climbing. Their final price was less than the base price offered by some other contractors. I also appreciated their willingness to work with me to avoid impacting my neighbor's driveway . The tree was removed without incident and without using the neighbor's driveway. The crew worked quickly and safely and even cleaned off the branches that had fallen previously on my roof . A second crew came back within a week to grind the stump and remove the remaining large pieces of tree stump. I will definitely go to Omni Tree Service again for tree service.

Omni Tree Service trimmed three huge trees for me today. All the guys were super nice and professional. They worked quickly and cleaned up when they were finished. They cleaned up so well, my yard looks better than when they started! I would highly recommend Omni!

We are planning a move in the Spring of 2020, so our agent told us that we needed to trim several large trees in both the front and the back of our home. Using Angie's List, we requested bids from three reputable contractors. Of the three, only Omni Tree Service had a crew available in our desired time frame. Shortly thereafter, a company representative met with us and reviewed the scope of our needs. We were very impressed with this gentleman's candor, professionalism and knowledge. He made us feel comfortable and his bid was the lowest of the three we received. We immediately scheduled a mutually convenient time for the job. Unfortunately, it was raining on the original morning of service, so we expected a call from Omni to either reschedule our appointment for the afternoon or for some time in the near future. When no call came, we contacted the company but could only reach a recorded message. As such, we were quite surprised to see their trucks pull up first thing the next morning. Omni Tree sent a crew of three for our job, but none of the team included the knowledgeable gentleman that had bid our job. Furthermore, none of the three were trained arborists, but they assured us that they were quite experienced. They also promised that their front man would shortly arrive to review the scope of work. As promised, our original contact showed up and ran through the job specifics with the team leader. The job was a straight forward tree trimming and required no special equipment or skillset. Even so, the team was poorly prepared, having left all of their ladders back at the office. We were forced to lend them our personal ladders so that they could begin work. I am still befuddled as to how a tree trimming company can forget such a vital tool of their trade. Frequently throughout the job, the team leader would ask me to review his work. They seemed to be proceeding very cautiously and I had to frequently ask him to be a little more aggressive in their trimming. During the fourth iteration, I made my final recommendation and left the team alone to complete the job. They soon finished, packed up their trucks and departed. On final inspection, I noticed that they had neglected to follow through on my last request, and left several trees only partially trimmed. Our issues with Omni Tree are as follows. 1. they never called to reschedule our original date nor to set up a new, mutually convenient time in the future. They also never apologized for their error. 2. they seemed ill prepared for the job, having left their ladders back at the office. 3. they required excessive customer intervention, and failed to adhere to all of our requests. 4. although our initial contact person was very capable, the team that performed the work was much less so. 5. the price they charged seemed high for only two hours work by a crew of three.

They were on time, courteous and professional. The tree was in the back yard very close to the house, so they needed a crane in the driveway. They cleaned up everything and were very careful not to get debris in the neighbor’s pool

Great job. The crew arrived on time with a large crane. Ameren arrived with them and removed my power line, which was in the way. They placed large pads in my yard and positioned the crane so that they could remove the tree from the top down without dropping any limbs in the yard. Approximately 2 weeks later they removed the stump added new soil, reseeded, and covered with straw. I have new grass now and you cannot tell that the tree was ever there. I highly recommend Omni for any large tree removal.

Omni Tree gave me a quote to remove a very large silver maple that was next to my driveway. I checked other options with other companies, but all were about the same price or higher, and they didn't say if they would use a crane or not to remove the large branches. Omni said they would use a crane. I told Omni that I had a new driveway and I didn't want any of the branches to fall on my driveway. So they brought in a crane truck, incredibly large crane truck, along with a very large chipper, a large disposal container and some workers. They arrived mid to late morning and took my tree down, piece by piece, with no branches or limbs touching the ground or my driveway. They chipped the smaller branches and placed the much larger branches into a large disposal container. They finished by cleaning up (raking & disposing) all of the small pieces of wood, and they blew off my driveway and the street. I was so impressed with their work on this tree removal and their professionalism was great.

Tree work is expensive but there was a lot of work to do for each tree and their bid was in line with other contractors. The crew showed up on time and went right to work. They kept me informed of what they were doing and made sure I agreed with the scope of work. All debris was cleaned up after the job.

Called Omni Tree and they sent out a representative the next day. Rep gave me quote the same day. The next day I called to confirm i would like to go ahead with the job. Omni were able to get my trees cut down within a week of me call and a week later they came back to grind the stumps. They even scheduled utilities to come out to mark where their lines run. Overall I am very happy with this company and would recommend. Their pricing is very reasonable.

Tree clean up went great. I only saw the deep root fertilization truck pull away so hopefully they did every tree they were supposed to do. I would have liked to have the option of knowing they were coming to do the fertilization so I had the option of being there.

We had worked with the Omni owner and arborist, Tom, for a couple of years, trying to preserve the tree. In the end, the state of the tree became worrisome, and it needed to be taken down before it came down on it's own. The Omni Crew arrived as scheduled with the chipper and crane on the morning of 12/21/2018. Despite the cold rainy weather, the job was done in less than 8 hours. Facilitated by the crane operator and grown crew, the Climber provided a skillful and amazing performance. With Omni's cooperation, we coordinated the transfer of 15 tons of oak to Scott Wunder's mill, "Wunder Woods", in St. Charles. Matt Faupel of "Missouri Nature Art" collected some unique bumps and twisty pieces. It was satisfying to have the Old Oak recycled into furnishings rather than mulch and firewood. Our thanks to everyhone!

They came out to evaluate very promptly and followed up quickly with the estimate. They came out within a week - over the holiday season - to do the job. Everything worked out well despite difficult conditions (hard rain).  The crew was great and they cut away some dead limbs in addition to the main split. It was a tricky job with three large trucks working 75 feet in the air in a tight place.  They went beyond the call of duty and could not have been nicer about it.  They did a good job clearing up except for some sawdust which remained on the asphalt due to the rain - it was just too wet to get all up.

Omni showed up and took down the tree in less than one hour. Before the day was done, another Omni truck showed up and removed the remnants of the cut tree. Excellent work. I am a trustee of our subdivision and we use Omni whenever needed because of their reasonable pricing and quality work. Only criticism is that it can be difficult to contact the owner.

I'll start with…no complaints with work or price – both were just fine. However, it took WAY too long to get total job finished. As I recall, Omni started the job within a month or so of signing contract. I thought that was excessive and longer than promised but - OK. Stuff happens...may be heavy workload time of year...etc. When they showed the first about HALF of the trees were done. Good job but why only half? I called office and was told I would have scheduler call me back to arrange rest of work. It didn't happen. I called Omni again and was again told "scheduler" would call me. Eventually Omni called back and remainder of job was scheduled...but at least another month passed before that happened - sort of. Remainder of trees were dead wooded...EXCEPT for 3. Apple also was not pruned. Again I called....was again told scheduler would call. (To make things easier for Omni I even marked the remaining trees with orange tape so there would be no mistaking work that remained.) I had to call back 3 additional times and didn’t get my calls returned as promised. I did get my bill however. I told Omni I would be happy to take care of the bill as soon as job was complete! Job was finally complete about another month or so later. Time from day contract was signed to completion... little over three months and after multiple un-returned phone calls. Summary: good work and price…very poor on responsiveness and professionalism to customer.

Great. Sales/estimator was very knowledgeable and offered options for a Bradford pear with split trunk. Had 12 trees removed from back of yard. Crew of 3 were on time and worked very efficiently. It took 10 days for the stump grinders to come. When they did they too were great. One large elm tree had roots snaking all around irrigation lines and they took extra care and did not hit/damage any. I'd definitely recommend them.

Very thorough eliminating bamboo and inserting a barrier under the surface to (hopefully) kemp it from returning (neighbors still have some); Removed a large tree. The only negative: they were late (5-6 hours) showing up for the first day. Once they did get to work, however they did a very nice job. Would recommend to friends.

After considerable searching on the computer, I requested a bid from Omni Tree Service and other companies. Omni gave me the best quote for the amount of work I wanted done. Once I signed the contract it took a while for them to come out, but 4 men cut down 3 trees and removed all the branches in about an hour and a half. The next day a 2 man team took away the tree trunks and ground up the stumps. All of the crew were friendly, courteous and went above the call by keeping up several fairly good size branches from other trees that had blown out in recent storms.

Great job! All the trees look great and they did an excellent job cleaning up. Couldn't tell by the ground area under the trees that they were even there! Would definitely hire them again if needed.
