Not only did this company consume a lot of my time, money was wasted and the job was left incomplete. I was left trying to figure out how my excavation and foundation was going to to be completed before the winter kicked in placing my unfinished basement at risk of shifting and potentially more costs! They also offered financing as an option even though I did not need it. Crackology was able to not only fix what the previous concrete company left incomplete but gave an expected time of completion with a breakdown of expected costs. Very thorough with assessing what I desired for my basement (excavation, new beams, waterproof barrier), they did not leave me wondering when the job would be complete, and most importantly, kept me in the loop alongside each step of completion. I highly recommend them if you need concrete work and foundation work completed."

"He killed my tree. I'm pretty upset by that. He also obviously didn't listen when going over what I wanted done and charged me extra for an area that was already supposed to be part of the estimate. I ended up doing 75% of that area myself. He's a really nice guy but I feel like he over extended himself with work and overlooked several things. I am not only impressed with his attention to detail and craftsmanship but also his willingness to articulate his ideas, processes, and techniques. Finally, his time management is outstanding. I have worked with other craftsman in the past and although they might have done great work, showing up on time wasn't always the biggest priority. In about 20 minutes after the job started half of my lights were working. he wired them the way i asked so i didn't have to worry if one failed...i could replace without those darn clips. Just looking outside and finally seeing them work made me so very happy. the lights came on tonight at dusk. I could hardly wait to see them. I've been outside 3x since dark.
