"Hi [Member Name Removed], I’m not sure why one of representatives communicated those types of hours with you. He couldn’t be more wrong. I will be dealing with this situation. Sincerely, Jeff"
"It sounds to me that you may have gotten a ball park price during the meeting, but after he got back and put all of his thoughts together and submitted the actual estimate. It was higher. It’s one thing not to hire someone, because you don’t want to spend the money, but to give them a less than satisfactory report because it’s not within your budget is not reasonable. We wish you the best of luck finding a qualified contractor to do the work that fits your budget."
"Thank you [Member Name Removed]. This is the first we heard about the screws and the shipping label on the beam. We will come out and remove this week."
"Were sorry you felt the need to give us an F. We’re extremely busy and try to stay on top of all the business, but we are humans and sometimes things slip through the cracks. A simple email or phone call to follow up on this matter could of easily been done to ensure that the estimate was sent. At times, we send estimates to folks and and they end up in junk folders or the internet server may be down and don’t even get sent ,without us even knowing. I think communication is important on every level, and we strive to do our best and will continue to work towards being better with communication and customer service for all of our customers and non customers alike."
