"overall good. All these guys worked very hard to get it done. When hiring a waterproofing company to waterproof a basement I would expect the company to fix any water issues coming into the basement that was uncovered during the process. When we tore sheetrock off the basement wall in one corner we seen a water issue letting water to come in to the bedroom. One guy told us that it was above his pay grade. We had to go thru 2 different handymen before we got it resolved. Again you all advertise waterproofing basements with a lifetime warranty. Other than that your people worked hard to complete our job so please let them know. Thanks."

"I scheduled an appointment with Thrasher to evaluate the reasons for water seeping into my basement through my walk-out door and window. Rob came and did a thorough evaluation which ended with him saying my home is sound and not in need of their services but I need a new quality door and window. Wow, was I surprised! What a professional! I highly recommend this company because he was honest, helped me with my issue and didn't force unneeded work to be done that really wasn't needed by Thrasher.
