"I called for a quote and Dan was awesome. He arrived on schedule, walked me through everything he recommended. I rent but the carpet had pet odor that needed to be addressed. He gave me the quote wi yay reasonable price and time to think about it. When I was ready, he had me on the schedule within the week. Again he arrived as schedule, well just a few minutes late, but he sent a message an hour prior to let me know. He did an amazing job. The carpet has brightened up, the pet smell is gone! He assured me if there were any issues to call and he’d be there to fix it. I can’t foresee any issues. But I know Dan would be good in his word. I knew then and there that I wanted to turn my rug over rug to Mr. Martin to finally get rid of the urine odor that had been building up for over 10 years. I called him and got a quote of $1079, which included shipping both ways, cleaning the rug, and a guarantee that I would not be able to detect any urine odor when my rug was returned to me. After getting over the sticker shock, my husband gave me the green light to send the rug to petpeepee.com. I think he was more interested in getting rid of my constant complaints about the urine odor than the actual odor itself! Mr. Martin walked us through how to pack up our rug for shipping via UPS, having us send him pictures to make sure we had prepared it properly.
