"We came in contact with 3 people at Top Tier. Our consultant Joseph, our installer Kevin, and a very nice woman that called a couple of times to let us know we were getting close to our start date. All were fantastic! Our particular job was to remove a 20 year old tub and shower combination and replace it with a new walk in shower with a bench. Kevin did a fantastic job. He kept the work area cleaned and organized and was in and out in 3 days. I am particularly impressed with his caulking job around all the seams. Wife and I are extremely happy."

"When my husband and I decided we were going to make our house our forever home we knew right away that we needed an expert to remodel it. I even went as far as getting her input on the dining room table I was searching for. Wendy is amazing to work with I guarantee she will not let you down. I truly appreciate the attention to detail provided by Casey and his crew. Casey was great about noticing things that we would have never considered. While remodeling our laundry he noticed that the pipes to the washer and dryer required repair. He made sure that we were aware of those types of issues and even replaced them. My husband was most impressed with the fact that Casey and his crew noticed a need for an external electrical outlet when remodeling our kitchen and one day we came home to find the outlet in place and ready to be used. We have one remodel project left in our house -the dreaded bathroom. We will be using Harris Renovations to complete the final project, knowing that we are in good hands. Once the house is finally complete we plan on using Harris Renovations to remodel the office of our family business."

"Our salesman, Nathan was very informative and helpful through our whole project. Erica kept us informed about installing schedule. Even with delays, Erica made sure I had the latest information and never hesitate to call. Our installer for the shower was very polite and made sure he had all supplies. He installed the shower in one day. The counter top was installed three days later. The installer was polite and even came up with solutions when the installed plumbing needed adjustments."

"We initially started out thinking that we just wanted for needed our tub and shower surround replaced. However, after further inspection we found that the floor was rotted as well. Also the exterior wall and rotted from a leak at the window. They were able to remove everything and access the studs and they replaced the rotted floor and the floor joists. I now have an education on what a mud sill, rim joist and floor joists are. Ours had to be completely replaced. We now have a wonderful beautiful functioning bathroom that is not going to collapse in on us."
