Martin Professional Cleaning and Restoration

Martin Professional is the only company I call for all my flooring
needs. So when I new they started cleaning tile and grout, I called
them to do the floor of our walk-in shower. Other than daily cleaning,
we had not had it cleaned like that in the 4 years since we had put the
shower in our master bath. They had their work cut out for them and they
did a good job. There was a lot of soap scum built-up. I probably
should have gotten an estimate before I had them do the work because I
was surprised by the cost. Pleased with the work but I think next time I
will wait until I get one of their coupons they send in the mail.

He did an excellent job for us. They came in and I had some cats that both had accidents in the house after we had just moved in and they did an excellent job and you couldn't even tell they had an accident in the house. They were a little bit late but it wasn't their fault because they got lost and called me right away.

These gentlemen came in and measured the square footage of the carpet to be cleaned and gave us a detailed WRITTEN quotation that explained the work to be done. I was skeptical that they would be able to clean the carpets to my satisfaction especially in the boys bedroom that had several stains of unknown origin.
The carpet was cleaned thoroughly and we were able to walk on it within an hour. I have cleaned the carpet in the past with a rug doctor and I will never waste my time doing that again. These guys are professionals and they did an outstanding job. They have earned my business and my respect.

Chuck and Eddie we easy to work with from the moment I made the call. They gave me an estimate of the job and when the size of the room was smaller than I thought, they lowered the price from the estimate. They showed up when scheduled and did a great job.

They arrived at 9:20 to clean our carpets. We had everything moved from the rooms so all they had to do was vacuum and then clean the carpets. We also had the carpets treated with teflon. They were finished by 10:45. seemed like a short amount of time but the carpets look great.

They were on time and did a real good job.

From the phone call to Chuck to make my appointment, to when they came to my house to give my estimate, was an overall easy experience. They went right to work and I was not disappointed with their service.

Chuck and Ed were on time as they said they would be. They got busy right away and vacuumed then cleaned our carpet. The carpet was then treated with a Teflon carpet protector. Chuck and Ed did a very good job. They explained the process to us from start to finish of what would be taking place. When the job was finished they answered any questions we had. Our carpet was cleaned on Friday, on Monday morning Chuck called us to make sure everything looked good and to see if we had any further questions. Professional Cleaning and Restoration, LLC is a very customer service aware! We will be using them again and referring them to our friends to use. THANKS ! Our carpet looks good again!

It went great overall. I called and gave Chuck approximate sizes of the rooms to be cleaned. He gave me an estimate, based on my measurements, and we set up a date and time for him to come to my house. I had to call him and change the date because the city was redoing our street on the same day. He was more than accommodating and we set up another date. They were on time and they did an excellent job on our very light colored carpet. There were some stains that I did not think would come out, but they got them out. The cost was higher than the estimate,but that was based on my measurements and I also added the cost to "scotchguard" the carpet. So all-in-all I was very happy with the service and the price. I would use the services again and I would recommend this company to other people.

Chuck was quick to come over and give an estimate, set up appointment for next day but had to cancel and reschedule for following day in late morning - then around 1:00 but showed up at 2:00. Very friendly and did a great job.

Excellent! They were able to accomodate our schedule no problem. The Teflon coating has made a big difference in the exam room hallways. I have had a lot of compliments on how nice the carpet looks. Very good guys to deal with! I will definitely have PCR continue to maintain our carpet.
