"Company responded immediately and set up an appointment within 2 days. I hired them to power wash the north side of our house, driveway and sidewalk. Excellent work. When he power washed the sidewalk, the spray sent some mulch onto the porch. I told him not to worry about it, I d just sweep it off but he insisted on power washing the porch at no charge! I definitely will use them again."

Yes, you can pressure wash with just water. The force of the water alone is often enough to remove dirt, grime, and debris from many surfaces.
