"Company responded immediately and set up an appointment within 2 days. I hired them to power wash the north side of our house, driveway and sidewalk. Excellent work. When he power washed the sidewalk, the spray sent some mulch onto the porch. I told him not to worry about it, I d just sweep it off but he insisted on power washing the porch at no charge! I definitely will use them again."

A pressure washer with 3,000 PSI is enough for most residential projects, such as cleaning patios, outdoor furniture, exterior siding, and fences. Add an extendable wand to make pressure washing easier and more ergonomic. Choose a nozzle that’s best for your surface, such as a 15-degree nozzle for cleaning siding and a surface cleaner attachment for driveways. 

One of the most important factors to consider when buying a pressure washer is not just psi but also the machine’s overall cleaning power. This is based on both the psi and the GPM. Look for a cleaning rating, or effective cleaning unit (ECU), of up to 8,000 for most residential cleaning projects that require a pressure washer.

It is possible to clean gutters with a pressure washer but work with a maximum psi of 1,800 to minimize the risk of damaging your eavestrough. And, instead of climbing a ladder, it’s safer to use gutter elbow extensions. These avoid the risk of the machine’s pressure causing you to lose stability while up high.
