"Company responded immediately and set up an appointment within 2 days. I hired them to power wash the north side of our house, driveway and sidewalk. Excellent work. When he power washed the sidewalk, the spray sent some mulch onto the porch. I told him not to worry about it, I d just sweep it off but he insisted on power washing the porch at no charge! I definitely will use them again."

Yes, you can pressure wash epoxy garage floors. Most epoxy floors can be cleaned with a mop, but you may choose to pressure wash your floor if it is stained, has ground-in dirt, or is covered with mold or mildew. Before pressure washing, soak stains and dirty areas with a gentle cleanser for best results. Then use a pressure washer tip angled at 45 degrees and raise the spray nozzle to at least 18 inches off the floor to protect the flooring surface. You can also use a surface cleaner power washer or rotary scrubber to prevent overspray. 

You’ll need to wait until the surface is completely dry, which can take anywhere from 24 to 48 hours under optimal conditions. The waiting period depends on several factors, including the type of siding and the weather conditions. Trying to paint before the surface is completely dry can trap moisture under the paint, leading to bubbling, blistering, and mold growth.

No, pressure washing isn’t recommended for cartridge filters. The high pressure can damage the filter paper, and the gentler pressure from a regular garden hose will work to rinse the cartridge filter. If the cartridge is very dirty or has algae or mineral buildup, you can use a muriatic acid solution to soak the filter and remove the buildup.

Your deck may look or feel fuzzy after pressure washing because the high-pressure spray tears some wood fibers as it removes the outer layer of dead and discolored wood. This fuzzy effect is a normal part of the pressure-washing process and will go away on its own in a few weeks. You can opt to spot-sand your deck if you’d like to remove it more quickly.

Do not use bleach when pressure washing, either in the machine or on the driveway itself. Bleach in a power washer will corrode the seal and nozzles of the machine. Spraying bleach (whether out of the machine or on the driveway itself) blasts bleach into the air. Bleach can be highly dangerous if inhaled, and it can kill plants, flowers, and neighbors' animals that accidentally ingest it.
