Good, honest and polite. We also wanted a recliner chair cleaned but he refused to make the extra-money because he said the velour of the chair will be hardened and ruined. His prices are competitive. Highly recommend!

The owner would not give us a price without seeing the place in person. He gave us all the options and really wanted us to be happy with the final product. He gave us the price and showed up when he said that he would. The carpets turned out really well, even better than he expected them to.
