Their method of dealing with bowed walls is different from those the other companies quoted me, and was half the price. James answered all my questions and even though it was freezing outside and they were working very hard, I actually had fun listening to how well they all got along together. Before they came none of the 7 windows or the patio door on my 2 story addition would open. When the work was done, every window and door opened easily.
