13 I think once out of 6 months was EVERYTHING actually cleaned. I told them I was dissatisfied and they always offered to come out and clean again. The privilege of having a cleaning service is so that the client doesn't have to THINK or DO anything...it just gets cleaned! I was disappointed...

AWFUL SERV ICE...AFTER BEING TOLD THAT THE SAME CLEANING PERSON WOULD BE CLEANING MY HOUSE, WE HAD A DIFFERENT LADY SHOW UP EVERY 2 WEEKS.
