They promptly came out and reviewed the house, discussed what needed to be completed and provided us with an reasonable estimate for the work to be completed. As with all quality professionals, they were booked out several months and were honest about being able to complete the work prior to the weather changing. The weather did not cooperate, but Steve & Julie did accommodate our need of having several of the repairs completed prior to winter and would not accept any payment until all the work had been completed. Fast forward to spring, they and their team came and did a beautiful job painting (solid stain) the house. Their entire crew was respectful, polite, hardworking, & cleaned up after themselves each day they were here. "Arrived on time, JD and another worker quickly removed the window and the rotten wood. The new frame was placed and the same glass replaced. The finished product is beautiful. The cost was very reasonable. He never pressured us to buy a new window which would have cost much more. They cleaned up all the rotten wood and there was no trace that they had even been in the house. Thanks JD it was beautifully done.
