I thought it was a straight forward job and didn’t elect additional insurance. They tried to repair a hole in the top by turning the wood over. Dumb move. I called Surface Experts and they immediately came to my home and assessed the damage. I received a reasonable quote and they took the furniture piece and repaired. It looks brand new. The lacquer is smooth and bright again and the hole is filled in, sanded and invisible. I want them to come back and repair my dining room table next. I really lucked upon some good guys that are craftsman. They also repair granite, marble and synthetic stone. I recommend these guys unabashedly and without hesitation."
