Shannon, the company's owner, came to bid the window screening job appropriately dressed and was courteous at all times. There was no pressure to choose his company, but he offered many reasons why we should. He and his crew showed up with everything required to complete the work. Amazing customer service... Shannon repaired or replaced 38 screens and 2 sliders in less the 6 hours. Some of the screens were beyond repair and had to be total replaced / rebuilt. Very friendly and didn't make a mess!

Team Shannon arrived at the scheduled time and got to work. Very pleasant and efficient! They answered any questions we had and were very professional at all times! They explained everything they were doing from beginning to end. When they finished, they walked us through, and we were highly impressed! Definitely received more than our moneys worth!
