"We have never been as pleased with any service that has been performed in our home as we are with LS Custom Painting and Carpentry. "Chad painted our 30 year-old+ Morton building and it looks fabulous. The paint had faded and the building was looking pretty tired. Chad power-washed and then repainted using paint that will last for many years. I really appreciated the quality work. The lines between the two colors we chose were tight. Additionally, Chad overcommunicated to ensure we had current status without question--especially given this was such a large job. For example, it was raining one of the days he was scheduled to paint. He called anyway to make sure we knew he would not be there and provide an update on status. Awesome customer focus and experience! Excellent results! Highly recommend!"

He and his team are very easy to work with. Brian has expertise in many areas of handyman activities. He also installed two sliding glass door enclosures for a tub and shower stall for me. He is a man of integrity who takes pride in a job well done. I can highly recommend his company to anyone looking for handyman jobs around their house or condo.
