Showed up on time, professional, clean up as went along, found the leak area needing to be addressed by roofer and explained thoroughly for us to relay information plaster job excellent - can't tell where repairs were done paint matches and can't tell where repairs were done. Worked efficiently and in timely manner

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Repair walls from water damage in bathroom especially in skylight. Have high ceilings and skylight very deep to reach the roof from bathroom. Paint ceiling and portion of walls after repair.

Their prices were fair and they worked on schedule. The only problem I had was them cleaning up their materials. They were here several days and they were supposed to take their cleaning stuff and they were not to use our stuff, but they did repeatedly. The quality of their work was very good. The price was very reasonable and competitive.

The workman was prompt for the most part. He took a week to do the work. The problems occured after the job was "finished". I had to call him to come back out the first time because the pink border paint in the small room was clearly bleeding through. Repair nail pops in 3 bedrooms, 1 hallway, living/dining room, sand walls to remove surface imperfections, skim coat the hallway way to fade the bulge from the main seam that was poorly done. Remove & repair poor patch & corner bead in small bedroom. Repair 3 seam cracks. skim coat small bedroom. Paint 2 small bedrooms including ceilings, the master bedroom ceiling, hallway ceiling, living/dining room ceiling. Replace 3 simple pine window sills.

Kevin came punctually to do the estimate. Took his time to get thorough measurements and exact details of areas to be painted. Estimate came in the mail a few days later.
