I love how each pool is design and fit for the right people and home this company really thinks about there customers and cares for them and what they need.

I ordered a 15 foot swim spa and an end-to-end cover for it in 2023. I began having issues with the cover immediately, and despite it being under warranty, I had difficulty getting service and attention. After the first year of complaints, I got someone out for a service call, who was great and helped with a repair. But then, they went dark again despite weekly calls and excuses each day I called. After literally years of trying to get support, I asked for my money back and a swap to different brand of cover and was told that because I put a deck around the pool and didn't use clips, the cover was no longer under warranty (If I had been told that during installation, I would used clips from the beginning.) Terrible service. Terrible communication.
