"Bath Fitter did an amazing job upgrading our shower. We had tile, but we were having so many problems with cracks in the tile and the grout cracking and causing leaks that we were recaulking every 6 months, to the point the shower became unusable. Bath Fitter gave us a competitive quote. The install took a full day. The shower is a larger custom size but they handled it like pros. They knocked out all the tile and green board down to the studs, took out the original flooring, reworked the plumbing, then went to work installing everything. They got done late in the evening but the shower looked amazing. We had to wait a few days for the caulk to cure, and we waited a full week just to make sure it was fully set, but we loved it right away. We chose the Delta 2 in 1 Hydrorain shower head and instantly loved it. The best part? Our shower no longer leaks! Very happy with Bath Fitter’s work."

"Over the past ten years GA Chott has done renovations on my kitchen, my master bath and most recently, this basement project. I don't even bother to get bids from anyone else. They’re that good, in my opinion. I had a totally unfinished basement, and now I have a beautiful finished media room and a sparkling laundry area nearby. They framed in the theatre room, joined the drywall with the concrete walls, trimmed out to look more seamless. Built soffits for HVAC ductwork and vents. Dropped ceiling with recessed dimmable wafer lights. Installed new light switches and electric outlets. The door to the media room was situated to provide a straight path from the laundry area thru the media room to the staircase. The room, the large stairway, and the landing were all carpeted with nice thick padding underneath. Wonderful underfoot. (They only use high quality materials.) The staircase walls and ceilings were painted. The unfinished part has a bathroom that they refurbished with new shower heads, grab bars, electric outlet, and rough part of wall skim coated. All doors were painted. All walls, built in cabinetry and workbench were painted. The floors were painted - which involved moving the washer, dryer, heavy workbench, storage cabinet, exercise equipment, etc. etc. and then moving it all back again. They even helped me to remove and/or give away some items I no longer needed. My brand new big screen tv was mounted on the wall. Then... it quit working. Darryll went above and beyond: he came out and dismantled it, loaded it for return and then mounted the replacement. Which reminds me - any time there is a problem or concern of any kind, they are super responsive and quick to take care of it. The work crew is extremely considerate and a pleasure to have in your home. I happen to be a retired lady so I was mostly present, but I would not hesitate to leave them unattended. I enjoy this renovation every day. It adds a whole new dimension to my home. "Bruce and his crew finished over 1000 sqft of basement for my family, including a wet bar, 3/4 bath, game room and family room. I cannot say enough about how great it was to work with them. From the minute Bruce walked in our house to give us an estimate, we knew he would be the one for the job. He had a great personality, understood what we wanted to do and was up front about cost, timing, any limitations, etc-- we could just tell that it would be easy to work with him. Bruce's son, David, did most of the woodwork. He did a fantastic job of duplicating the staircase from our main floor (we happened to also have leftover spindles). He also created a custom built-in bookcase as well as worked with standard cabinetry to make custom-looking bookshelves in our bar. We really trusted that if he said he could do something, he could-- and he did! What we really appreciated was the work ethic-- when they said they were going to be here, they were here. They were always here around 8/8:30 and put in a full day's work, unlike other contractors we've dealt with in the past. The sub contractors that Bruce works with (HVAC, flooring, plumbing, etc) were all punctual and responsible and were also here when they were supposed to be. Because of this, when quoted 3 month from start to finish, they were spot on! They started our basement at the end of April, and were finished mid-July. The project was not without its set-backs or errs, but whenever we brought something to Bruce's attention, it was remedied promptly and without question. All in all, for major construction, this was the most pleasant project we've ever had completed and would recommend Norse in a heartbeat."
