Gerald came and took measurements. Sarah helped with dates, times, and finances. Russ removed the popcorn ceiling and finished the ceiling. They did an excellent job.

If you look for someone to install your entry door I advise you to look somewhere else. They do not have enough experience to this kind of work. They try to blame door manufacturer and uneven walls for their failures. Also they made multiple scratches on brand new door and again they claimed it was not them. Overall a bad experience. Will not hire them again for sure.

The guys were very nice to work with and knowledgeable. They power washed our deck and replaced some bad boards. They also recommend we replace the lattice with vinyl instead of wood which looks really good! After the wood weathered for a couple of months, they came back to stain it. They only sent one man to do the job which took all day and he missed a few spots that we had to go over and re-stain ourself. Otherwise, they did a good job!

We are waiting for some parts so I can't answer all the questions yet

I'll start out by saying that I thought being a veteran owned company they would be OK. I chose them because I was looking for a company that would be able to do other jobs around the house. I think their price was a little high, but I am not able to do these kinds of projects anymore, so I chose them. I should have looked up the prices for all the parts they purchased, but I didn't until after the fact, because I don't believe the amount they charged for the items equals the amount they charged. The manager of the company is very nice and I believe he knows what he is doing. The person who came out to do the projects was nice and was very friendly with my father, who has dementia. The person who came out put on new weather seal on the bottom of the garage door, lubed the rollers and the chain, and put some more weather seal around the door frame of the door in the garage. He did inform me that there was wood rot on the door, so we are going to have to get a new door someday. I felt sorry for him doing it on a cold day. He replaced a burnt-out electric outlet in my father's room. I thought that he was going to turn off the breaker for that, but he didn't, and when he removed the burnt-out outlet, it actually started on fire which he put out by blowing on it. Now, I am a little leery of the circuit, so I am going to have an electrician come to check it. He also replaced a part in the shower that holds the hand-held shower head. It worked fine for a day. I contacted the company, and they had the person come back out. He showed up that day to look at the problem. He fooled around with it but couldn't make it stop leaking. I thought he said that he was going to go get something else and come back, but he never did. I was under the impression that he was going to replace the shower arm and the handheld shower because that's what the parts list said. I would like to give the company a 3.5 to 4. I don't believe I will use them again. I think I am going to be better off just calling whatever kind of company I need to fix something.

Nothing to prevent me from asking for their help again. Gerald was very professional, no timewasting at all. As it turned out the issue I had contacted Handyman Pro about was about a delivery person who despite his advancing age, didn't seem to have a clue about plumbing and cost me a plumbing bill. I contacted Handyman Pro to check it out. The problem the delivery man was whining about, didn't exist. Fortunately Gerald was able to repair a bad faucet in a shower. Thanks again.

very,very happy with the work that we had Handymam Pro do for us. will always call in the future to get their bid. and if it turns out to be a good number,there will be know hesitation in hiring this company again.

Met with Gerald to get an estimate on hanging Christmas lights. He arrived on time, and was very friendly upon meeting. I showed him what I wanted done job wise, and he we was ready to work the same day. I will definitely be calling him again for other projects around the house.

The gen. mgr. sent a guy that was a first job with the company, unprepared to do this job. HE HAD TO LEAVE FOR 45 MINUTES TO GO HOME AND GET THE RIGHT LADDER FOR THE JOB, WHEN HE RETURNED HE DID NOT DO AS MANAGER TOLD US, he left a gap in the soffit. WORRIED BIRDS MIGHT BE ABLE TO STILL GET IN, GUARANTEED 12 MONTHS SO I GUESS WE'LL SEE.
