"The Salesman was very nice and honest in explaining that they don't do epoxy wall crack treatment and explained why. I felt like he was honest and didn't try to up sell me to a larger fix. Would consider them for sure if we needed larger foundation repairs."

"I am writing this review to let other homeowners know that if they are unfortunately in need of foundation repair that the best company capable of handling the job is Advanced foundation repair & replacement. I have a two story home. The entire back and side wall had settled over six inches ( a total distance of seventy five feet). At the side of the house we have a masonry fireplace that had settled significantly as well. Then owner Frank Matyiko hooked up his exclusive unified jacking machine. Frank provided us with a licensed structural engineer that stamped all fazes of construction. He assured me that our house would be a piece of cake. He was right. Advanced leveled the back of my house along with the fireplace with his unified machine. Not a crack in the house. Not a crack in the fireplace. His team was polite courteous and most importantly fixed our problem. Price: $13,500. Thank you Frankie!!!!!"

"Great process from beginning to end. Drake was clear on his estimate with built in flexibility for issues that came up during work completion. He communicated during the project and asked if everything was going as expected and was open to make changes on the fly. Drake does great quality work at a very fair price. I would hire Drake again for any future projects."

Foundation Repair questions, answered by experts

Yes, you can fill cracks in concrete if you’re a somewhat handy homeowner. It’s important to know which concrete patching method to use, as small cracks require different approaches than large ones. It might seem challenging to determine which product to use and the tools necessary for the project, but with a bit of background, homeowners can restore their cracked concrete easily.

Concrete spalling can be fairly serious, especially if left untreated or in a public area. It can be a tripping hazard and, if not resolved, can lead to structural instability.

Yes, foundation problems can cause ceilings to collapse or even your whole house to crumble. Left unaddressed, natural sinking can build up and eventually harm your home’s supporting structure, such as walls, beams, and frames. Your basement ceiling may be the first place to look for signs of a ceiling collapse caused by foundation problems.

Not all cracks in the basement floor signal foundation problems. As the house settles, you’ll notice very thin hairline cracks, which you don’t need to worry about. Cracks that are 1/8 inch or wider should require sealing, while ones that are 1/2 inch or wider require leveling. However, if you have cracks in your basement floor with heaving, you should call a pro to assess the situation. Heaving can lead to uneven flooring, structural issues, and foundation problems.

Ensures structural stability and long-term safety of the building.
